📋 Description

• Collect program and project information to develop comprehensive Business Case Analyses and After Action reports • Present unbiased information to support Senior Leadership’s informed decision-making • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities • Gather and analyze data to identify trends, relationships, and operational insights • Develop business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments • Prepare objective After Action reports covering outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned • Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to gather information • Align project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities • Monitor project progress and performance metrics and provide timely updates to Senior Leadership • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams • Assist with Business Development activities, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing support, and proposal color reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree • 3–5 years of experience in a similar business analysis or program management role • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and impactful briefings on complex subjects to senior leaders • Army experience desired; Army NETCOM experience a plus • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time • Able to travel approximately 10% to Army – Sierra Vista ASREQ
