📋 Description

• Facilitate the Information Services Requests Process with Operational Partners • Drive out and document business requirements and desired outcomes • Translate business requirements to technical system and functional requirements • Tie IT-related project deliverables to business outcomes • Gather artifacts for Security Risk and Vendor Security Assessments, including creating workflow and data flow diagrams • Complete remediation for identified risks by working with others • Shepherd contracts with IS considerations through the Corporate Legal process • Coordinate and manage projects to completion according to agreed timelines, scope, and budget • Communicate project status verbally and in writing to project teams and stakeholders • Serve as a liaison between operational partners and IS teams • Facilitate and lead meetings • Help establish disaster recovery plans and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • In lieu of degree, 10 years of experience required • 6 years relevant work experience required • 10+ years in lieu of Bachelor's degree required • Preferred experience with ServiceNow (APM), Windows, Linux, Microsoft Suite, Azure, SOC, vendor management, and on-prem to cloud migration • Travel is required never or rarely
