📋 Description

• Lead and drive technical initiatives from inception to completion • Oversee and manage complex technical projects • Drive business outcomes through requirements management, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, document and prioritize requirements • Ensure solutions meet operational needs and strategic objectives • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and engineering teams • Understand and document technical requirements to guide development • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met • Facilitate discussions between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with modern APIs, engineering practices, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Proactively address issues impacting project delivery • Foster open and transparent project-team communication • Translate technical concepts for stakeholders • Present project updates and reports to executive leadership • Motivate and lead project teams • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, managing large technical initiatives • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of modern APIs and engineering practices • Excellent project management skills, including budget management and risk assessment • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Leadership experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
