• Complete AmeriSave's IGNITE paid training program • Enhance skills and learn the mortgage lending business through the training and management team • Join AmeriSave's mortgage professionals after training • Sell mortgage lending solutions and help people achieve their homeownership dreams • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment • Earn commissions based on growth, with increasing commission percentage as sales targets are exceeded

🎯 Requirements

• No mortgage industry experience required • Experience selling and/or working in a service-oriented environment • Passion for helping people achieve their dreams • Self-directed, motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment • Competitive, energetic, and positive attitude • Detail oriented with excellent decision-making skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive selling skills • High-speed internet required for remote work • Cable or Fiber internet only, with Ethernet connection capability • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), or 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use) • Availability for Monday–Friday with some weekend hours • Availability for two late shifts per week, Monday–Thursday, ending at 12am EST/9pm PST • Availability for Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday local standard business hours • Remote work applicants may not work from California
