📋 Description

• Responsible for build, analysis, and maintenance of dashboards, reporting, & score cards to measure department performance, compliance, and process effectiveness • Utilize data to drive department accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance • Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of key department performance and compliance metrics to a variety of business audiences • Define and maintain data management standards to ensure the delivery of consistent, accurate business analysis and metrics for key department activities • Ensure department access to all relevant internal & external data necessary for strategic initiatives • Perform monthly review of P&L COGS activity including accruals, and category COGS rate • Support data integrity standards across procurement owned data, identify & resolve master data inconsistencies impacting reporting and decision-making • Act as a flexible analytical resource supporting evolving Procurement initiatives • Support special projects, integrations, and executive-level analysis as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 3–6 years of analytical experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain • Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site environments preferred • Experience working with purchasing systems, ERP, and financial reporting tools
