📋 Description

• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel by air, road, rail, and accommodations for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences • Provide informed travel recommendations as a trusted advisor • Handle simple, complex, non-standard, multi-destination bookings, ticket exchanges, and complex fares • Make changes and resolve routine and non-routine travel issues before or during assignments • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs • Sell additional services using positive telephone service techniques • Act on special customer requests • Use the Sabre Global Distribution System • Work in a multi-account, fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant • Experience in GDS (Sabre) across both local and global markets • U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract • Genuine passion for high-quality customer service • Good verbal and written communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Positive, “can do” attitude • Willingness to learn and grow • Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays • Ability to operate in a 24 x 7 environment
