📋 Description

• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations • Handle travel bookings for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences • Provide informed recommendations to optimize the traveler experience • Manage simple, complex, non-standard, multi-destination bookings, ticket exchanges, and complex fares • Make changes and resolve issues before or during travel assignments • Analyze and research travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Use positive telephone service techniques and address special customer requests • Use the Sabre Global Distribution System • Work in a fast-paced, multi-account environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant • Experience in GDS (Sabre) across both local and global markets • U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract • Genuine passion for high-quality customer service • Good verbal and written communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Positive, “can do” attitude • Willingness to learn and grow • Must be flexible and prepared to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work in a 24 x 7 operating-hours environment
