📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups • Conduct analysis and research on travel options • Proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use GDS systems, including Sabre • Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques • Act on special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Native GDS expertise, including Sabre • Keen international travel knowledge • Phone and email servicing experience • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Act with integrity and protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation background • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Flexibility and preparedness to work afternoon shifts between 8am and 8pm EST • Ability to work in a 24/7 Traveler Care operation
