• Acquire hands-on skills and foundational experience during the internship • Work closely with the product owner/Product Architect and functional teams to understand data requirements • Design and develop data pipelines • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources and formats into the Enterprise Data Lake • Collaborate with lead Architects, Business SMEs, and Data Scientists on end-to-end data pipelines and support infrastructure • Build infrastructure and analytics tools using Python, SQL, and AWS • Identify and implement task automation opportunities • Develop reusable frameworks • Design, build, and develop rapid proof-of-concept solutions and services
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule • Continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program/co-op • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program • Must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered • Must be 18 years or older • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program and completed the first year before the internship starts • Preferred: Completing the first year of a Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field • Preferred: 1 or more years relevant work experience • Preferred: Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health care industry experience • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Strong project management, analytical, and quantitative skills • Proficiency in one coding language: Python, Java, Scala, or SQL • Coursework in relevant business systems, software development, database modeling, web design, IT management, cloud applications, B2B collaboration, ERP, or CRM systems • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program • Sponsorship for future FTE roles is not guaranteed
