📋 Description

• Partner with Amgen organizational leaders and gain exposure across functional areas within Finance & Strategy • Execute a timely, relevant project tied directly to strategic and tactical goals • Build financial and technical skills • Apply critical thinking in a fast-paced, high-profile role • Gain exposure to the cross-functional nature of Amgen’s business and roles • Participate in a week-long multidisciplinary case study covering revenue and expense forecasting, operations, and sales and marketing • Potentially transition into Amgen’s 3-year Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program after successfully completing the internship

🎯 Requirements

• Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program • Must be available to work a full-time schedule • Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA Program and must be available to accept and commit to future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered • 18 years or older • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Currently enrolled in an MBA program from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of the MBA program before the internship starts • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with effective quantitative and problem-solving skills • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams and interact with all levels of management • Experience and/or curiosity about Corporate Finance • Thoughtful cover letter explaining interest in FSLDP and alignment with Amgen’s mission and commercial leadership goals • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program
