📋 Description

• Partner with capability leaders to develop and execute annual strategic priorities, operating plans, and measurable deliverables • Coordinate execution of RDQ priorities through standardized templates, governance, and business processes • Monitor organizational objectives, milestones, dependencies, and operational risks • Co-lead leadership team meetings and organizational forums • Develop presentations, governance dashboards, decision materials, meeting content, executive updates, and leadership communications • Drive follow-up of leadership decisions and action items • Serve as the primary operational liaison between capability leadership and the Strategic Performance & Operations Director • Support RDQ budget planning and management • Coordinate functional initiatives and operationalize enterprise initiatives into actionable implementation plans • Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions • Support transformation, new operating models, and organizational changes • Engage with Continuous Improvement on organizational change management strategies and best practices • Implement standardized business processes, governance practices, templates, and tools across RDQ • Build and/or manage organizational knowledge repositories using SharePoint and MS Teams • Support workforce and organizational capacity planning • Monitor organizational health metrics and recommend improvement actions • Translate strategic direction into coordinated execution plans and facilitate alignment across functions • Collaborate with the Strategic Performance & Operations director and peer Program Managers • Support special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR high school diploma/GED and 10 years of relevant experience in program management, business operations, quality assurance, or R&D • Experience supporting leadership teams • Strong skills in program or portfolio management in a matrixed organization • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and operating plans • Familiarity with financial stewardship • Track record integrating global teams with effective collaboration and emotional intelligence • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Copilot • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of R&D quality and risk management, preferred • Lean Six Sigma and PMP certification
