📋 Description

• Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Coordinate with multiple schedulers to roll updates into a master schedule • Track plans and schedules, solicit updates, and identify and resolve critical-path and network-logic conflicts • Work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS • Analyze schedule impacts and assist CAMs/IPTs before month-end close • Participate in proposals by creating interim schedules and advising on Basis of Estimate documents • Incorporate status and forecast updates from CAMs into the IMS • Conduct critical-path and driving-path analysis of the IMS • Complete schedule risk assessments (SRA) • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst and correct mismatches at their root cause • Provide schedule-related reports, execution-impact highlights, and mitigation recommendations to Program Management • Support monthly Program Reviews, quarterly EACs, and monthly IPMDAR reporting • Support compliance reviews and process audits, including DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process audits • Ensure proper implementation of EVMS using standardized processes and tools • Interact with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Operations, upper management, and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret clearance required after day 1 • Background in program controls and EVMS • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera • Ability to travel up to 10% • Experience with SSI Tools for Microsoft Project and understanding of cross-project linking preferred • Experience with Earned Value Concepts preferred • Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts preferred • Experience presenting to large groups and leadership preferred • Strong multitasking and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
