📋 Description

• Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate Facility Startup and Automation integration projects • Tailor enVista’s Program Management methodology to client needs • Learn client goals, facility design, automation, systems, organizational culture, and team functions • Manage development of descriptions of operations, engineered designs, business requirements documents, and other integration documents • Lead creation of project execution documentation, including project plans, charters, and timelines • Support execution of integration documents from conceptual understanding through operational distribution center • Create ongoing project management documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue logs, roles/responsibilities, and meeting minutes • Create project tools as needed to execute client projects • Serve as a trusted advisor using industry standards and best practices • Develop and coordinate client and strategic communications for assigned projects • Resolve project issues, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change requests • Leverage the PMO and enVista organization for knowledge and project feedback • Manage project communication cadence for stakeholders • Build consensus among workstream leads regarding scope, tasks, staffing, and issue resolution • Develop work plans, assign duties, manage resource workload, and define project-team responsibilities • Build relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and project members to meet business needs • Assist with post-implementation analysis and define lessons learned • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodology and tools • Perform internal project management duties related to resource utilization, revenue projection, and project maintenance • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field • 5+ years of Project Management experience executing complex projects • Experience managing complex projects that include multiple workstreams • Understanding of the tasks necessary to startup a new distribution center • Basic knowledge of construction management and architectural drawings • Knowledge of distribution center automation and integration • Knowledge of operations and how to operationalize a distribution center • Understanding of key distribution systems and their integration, including WMS, WCS, WES, TMS, LMS, OMS, BI, and other emerging systems • Ability to work within ambiguous situations to create executable plans • Ability to deconstruct existing project plans and reconstruct them for new projects • Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly synthesize information • Ability to establish solid relationships with clients and project teams • Ability to bring a team together and lead them toward a common goal • Ability to use emotional intelligence to bring a team together in tense situations • Written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Confidence communicating with all levels of an organization • Strong presentation skills, including presenting strategies and technical information to non-technical audiences • Ability to think three steps ahead of the project team • Expert knowledge of SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint • Lean and/or Six-Sigma experience is desirable • Expected travel time of 40%
