β’ Serve as lead legal counsel for strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives. β’ Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of partnership agreements. β’ Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations related to partnership programs. β’ Support the ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements. β’ Help design scalable legal frameworks that support long-term ecosystem growth. β’ Partner with business stakeholders on commercial strategy related to partnerships and ecosystem development. β’ Lead complex negotiations with external partners and internal decision-makers. β’ Advise on technology transaction issues tied to cloud, platform, and enterprise software business models.
β’ Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. β’ 7+ years of legal experience. β’ Significant in-house commercial and partnership counseling experience. β’ Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing strategic partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts. β’ Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models. β’ Ability to independently lead complex negotiations with senior business stakeholders and external partners. β’ Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
