• Create compelling podcast content • Recruit new podcasters to join our network • Strategically distribute content through partnership with ERPN/RadioLinx • Build and maintain relationships with existing podcasters • Set and track performance metrics related to content quality and listener engagement • Seek and secure sponsorship opportunities for podcasts
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in podcast content creation and production • Strong understanding of the podcasting industry and current trends • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to recruit and onboard new podcasters effectively • Experience with distribution platforms and analytics • Proven track record of meeting performance and revenue targets • Familiarity with ERPN/RadioLinx Partnership is a plus
