• Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff • Complete documentation aligned with school timelines • Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development • Support preschool-aged students in a virtual school setting • Work with caseloads of around 20–35 students for full-time roles
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology • Michigan SLP license, or eligible to apply • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred • Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments • Availability for approximately 7 hours per day • Ability to support preschool-aged students • Ability to manage a caseload of around 20–35 students for full-time roles
