📋 Description

• Design and own the communications architecture across the Product team • Ensure the CPO’s leadership team is focused on high-leverage problems • Reimagine internal meetings to build transparency and alignment • Facilitate quarterly ceremonies and touchpoints • Draft internal communications that ensure a consistent narrative • Translate complex updates into clear summaries for leaders • Lead high-priority initiatives that cross functional lines • Analyze employee engagement data and build recommendations for improvement • Model and reinforce organizational behaviors and norms • Serve as a neutral point of contact for concerns and friction across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment plus 5 years of increasing managerial experience • Proven experience designing organizational operating rhythms • Exceptional deck and narrative skills • Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • People management experience • K–12 or education context preferred • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
