📋 Description

• Architect a seamless, scalable, and data-driven employee experience • Lead the strategic execution of our People tech stack, process automation, and data storytelling • Translate team and employee needs into best-in-class People technology strategy and requirements • Partner with leadership across People and Data teams to deliver high-impact workforce analytics and predictive insights • Eliminate workflow friction by automating manual processes • Design and steward well-defined, consistent, and automatable People processes across various HR functions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technology, operations, and/or analytics roles • at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field • Deep familiarity with Workday and the broader People systems strategy and landscape • Demonstrated ability to interpret People data, frame questions that matter, and turn analyses into recommendations • Track record of designing and stewarding well-defined, consistent, and automatable People processes across recruiting, hiring and onboarding, performance/talent management, benefits, and payroll • Exceptional ability to translate back and forth between technical and non-technical teams • Proven success leading large-scale digital transformations while maintaining a "human-first" approach to HR.
