📋 Description

• Perform installation and training services for core customers • Troubleshoot problems and resolve them in a timely manner • Communicate information and maintain documentation using a work computer and phone • Provide superior customer service • Safely operate ANA service vehicles • Maintain professional personal appearance and follow company safety policies and procedures • Update professional knowledge through constant study of ANA products • Travel up to 80% throughout North America, including domestic and international travel based on business needs • Visit customers regularly and build open, honest relationships • Provide technical expertise for the repair and training of generators, air compressors, and associated equipment • Aid in customer development and education • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements, new product development, and after-purchase equipment additions • Help provide a positive team spirit daily • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the National Service and Training Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and live in ANA’s Northwest Region: CT, DE, GA, MA, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV, FL, IN, KY • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship • 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role • Trade school certification or technical training focused on engines, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment, or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, preferred • Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems, including basic troubleshooting and diagnostics • Comfortable interacting with customers and providing training • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation • Strong problem-solving skills for equipment diagnostics and field repairs • Up to 80% domestic and international travel based on business needs • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
