• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective accounts across national, regional, and specialty retailers. • Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale partnerships aligned with Ana Luisa's brand strategy. • Lead the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and contract execution. • Develop customized assortment recommendations that meet both customer needs and company objectives. • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process. • Research and evaluate new wholesale opportunities, including specialty retail, international markets, corporate gifting, travel retail, and other strategic channels. • Develop launch plans for new distribution channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful market entry. • Assess channel performance and provide recommendations for expansion, refinement, or discontinuation based on business results and strategic fit. • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new wholesale partners. • Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts within the CRM system. • Represent Ana Luisa at industry trade shows, buyer meetings, and networking events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Experience in wholesale sales, business development, account acquisition, or retail partnership strongly preferred • Must be based in Midwest • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system. • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed-up to 6 x a year • Strong analytical ability and experience in analyzing sales trends and related data • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
