📋 Description

• Provide support for customer issues online or offline • Respond to customer issues or complaints, normally within 24 hours • Visit customers when needed • Follow RMA in CRM and record returns in an online list • Plan service visits for the following week • Participate in weekly team meetings reviewing issues and RMA follow-up • Prepare a basic monthly report on main work • Follow related call center project task lists and timelines • Visit customers and maintain good communication • Prepare feedback or analysis reports • Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction • Train customers on products or Ananda Link • Review service processes to improve efficiency • Support customer visits with other support, including business support

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based candidate • Available for long-term employment without sponsorship • Fluent in English and Chinese • Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment • 2+ years related work experience • PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred • Minimum secondary level of education • Strong communication skills • Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System
