📋 Description

• responsible for building annual retail and net sales plans for assigned accounts • oversee operational backend that brings plans to life • translate high level strategy into meticulous data administration • optimize inventory productivity, identify growth opportunities, and minimize liabilities • manage both planning infrastructure and day-to-day execution to achieve annual sales objectives • monitor the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle • track fulfillment and analyze inventory cuts • forecast returns and manage product discontinuations • coordinate RTV (Return to Vendor) authorization and tracking • analyze retailer Open-to-Buy (OTB) monthly • own the technical setup and maintenance of product data • create and maintain retail assortment files for Sephora • collaborate with internal partners to create performance goals • compile, update, and maintain regular sales and inventory reports • participate in weekly sales reviews with management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales planning, demand forecasting, or inventory planning • strong background in retail sales operations or commercial data analysis • background in sales administration and account coordination is highly valued • direct hands-on experience navigating and managing major retailer portals and vendor networks • high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation) • strong baseline understanding of inventory and commercial metrics • exceptional attention to detail
