📋 Description

• Train customers virtually and in person on Anatomage products • Prepare training resources and content for classroom and other use • Answer customer inquiries and support questions • Gather customer feedback to improve product quality • Contribute to software testing • Create video resources • Conduct product training and demonstrations • Develop product content and activities for customers • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues • Provide on-call product support for US customers • Conduct project research and development as needed • Present team accomplishments and progress • Travel up to 50% to customer sites, conferences, or other events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to speak with educational instructors and medical professionals, asking intelligent and thoughtful questions • Aptness for presenting clear and helpful content • Strong software and technology knowledge • Familiar with technical hardware and troubleshooting • Customer outreach and follow up • Problem solving skills • Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision • This role requires travel approximately 25-50% of the time to customer sites and events across the US • Product training, teaching, or tutoring experience • Experience creating content for customers or internal teams • Experience in sales or customer service • Experience in the medical or health care industry • Familiarity with anatomy • Experience with technical support • Genuine customer empathy, eager to learn and assist • Bachelor's degree in Anatomy, Biology, Health Science or any other related sciences • 2+ years of professional experience • No H1B sponsorship is offered at this time
