📋 Description

• Identify new customers and lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners • Drive sales and build relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents • Cultivate borrower relationships through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and other channels • Maintain a client database in the CRM • Conduct regular outreach to existing and prospective customers • Attend industry events and conferences to generate and convert leads • Use CRM marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships • Evaluate transactions, size deals, and create quotes and term sheets • Work with Sales and Marketing to identify business sources and meet monthly loan volume goals • Facilitate borrower approval by collecting and submitting required information • Pre-qualify loan packages and obtain initial borrower documentation • Monitor pipeline reports and resolve potential loan problems • Grow the Anchor brand through blog posts, online posts, reposts, and marketing strategies • Maintain transparent customer communication about submitted loan status • Partner with Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting leaders to prioritize pipelines and resolve roadblocks • Track industry and competitor trends to inform product, sales, and pricing decisions • Travel to conferences and client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time in a remote environment • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Comfortable with outbound communication with a majority of cold leads • Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and systems • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work as a dependable teammate in a fast-paced start-up environment • Highly self-motivated and disciplined • Experience with CRM is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Must reside in the Western Region; hiring aimed at Oregon and Washington
