📋 Description

• Provide customer service and information to employers, funding agencies, and prospective students interested in commercial motor vehicle entry-level driver training • Conduct outbound telephone calls to individuals and local entities that have inquired about campus programs • Meet with prospects, answer questions, host campus tours, and conduct interviews • Facilitate enrollments and communicate with students, employers, and agencies throughout their educational experience • Interview prospective student graduates to provide career information, address issues, and provide solutions • Introduce students to the facility and programs and follow up on questions and concerns • Manage prospective students through the enrollment process from initial inquiry through the drop/add period • Respond to inquiries and provide information • Monitor and report the status of military and agency program applications • Complete and submit appropriate forms and agreements • Follow up with new enrollees • Attend military and agency activities, meetings, events, and community and employer engagement events • Establish and maintain relationships with military agencies and the community • Create reports outlining meetings, events, enrollments, and other key activities • Identify growth opportunities for military, employer, and agency program development

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred • Demonstrated ability to establish and achieve clear goals and accountabilities • Demonstrated ability to communicate with others via phone, email and in person • Excellent presentation skills in delivering ideas effectively to individuals and groups in formal and informal settings • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and work in an observation/coaching style environment • Good working skill set with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite • Verifiable ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to have a flexible work travel schedule • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations where applicable
