📋 Description

• Provide sales coverage for the South Central USA region, including Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri • Sell products for the Paper Service Divisions • Serve as the primary point of contact to build new and long-term customer relationships • Improve account growth through understanding clients’ objectives and goals • Drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory • Liaise between clients and internal teams • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the company CRM system • Represent all assigned product lines on each mill visit • Manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls • Develop, follow, and help implement account-success processes and workflows • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or 5 to 10 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Sales experience and established relationships with customers in the region is preferred • Knowledge of the ANDRITZ Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required • Willingness to travel; 80% of time will be spent in the field • Demonstrated ability to prioritize when multiple tasks require attention • Legal status to work in the US is required • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs., climbing stairs, and wearing required personal protective equipment • Must have visual acuity, excellent mobility, good hearing, manual dexterity, and good balance • Ability to endure long hours
