📋 Description

• Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery • Drive customer satisfaction and client loyalty across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas • Proactively manage accounts and identify growth opportunities • Resolve customer issues efficiently • Sell products for the Paper Service Division • Serve as the primary contact for new and long-term customer relationships • Improve account growth by understanding client objectives and goals • Drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory • Liaise between clients and internal teams • Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the company CRM system • Represent assigned product lines during mill visits • Manage territory forecasts, budgets, and cost controls • Develop, follow, and help implement account-success processes and workflows • Travel throughout the Southwest USA region and visit mills and manufacturing facilities

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Paper Science) with 3–5 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper, or combination of education and work experience, preferred • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • CRM system experience, a plus • Service mindset and customer focus • Sales experience and established relationships with customers in the region is preferred • Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required • Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities with minimal supervision • Willingness to travel; 80% of time spent in the field • Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise, dust, dirt, fumes, welding machines, heavy-duty magnets, and manual/remote-controlled devices using radio signals • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs • Visual acuity, excellent mobility, good hearing, manual dexterity, good balance, ability to endure long hours, and ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Legal status to work in the US is required
