📋 Description

• You will be our first full-time designer. • Build on original designs and own design for a developer-facing compute platform. • Establish design as a core function of the company. • Mature the design system and develop a visual language, interaction patterns, and quality bar.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing software, with recent work on developer tools, infrastructure, or technical B2B products. • A portfolio of dense, data-rich UIs for expert users: consoles, dashboards, tables, logs. Information density over whitespace. • Design systems experience: You've built one, or shipped major contributions to one. Not just consumed one. • You ship in ambiguity: You go from a rough idea to a high-fidelity product on your own, and you'd rather ship this week than polish next quarter.
