📋 Description

• Drive Anduril’s success by bringing compensation expertise to the leadership team • Lead compensation programs and projects • Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout compensation planning cycles • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs • Lead job evaluation processes and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness • Partner closely with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues • Work closely with People Business & Talent Acquisition Partners

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in Compensation in roles • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides and market analytics • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into insights and recommendations • Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive success on multiple projects
