📋 Description

• Lead OT risk assessments and gap analyses, and develop a multi-year OT security roadmap • Architect and implement defensive security controls for cloud, production, and corporate environments • Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of security tools • Build systems supporting automation, visibility, and threat detection across information security and infrastructure teams • Independently drive security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset • Work closely with factory production teams to review designs and use cases, ensuring environments are secure by design

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with routing, switching, and network design principles • Familiarity with zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies for OT networks • Experience conducting security architecture or design reviews for OT/ICS environments • Experience with threat modeling frameworks, including MITRE ATT&CK for ICS • Experience programming in one or more general-purpose languages such as Python, Go, or Rust • Experience developing and implementing defensive controls in corporate and industrial production environments • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex projects • Participation in or support of incident response events • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance • Ability to travel up to 50% • Preferred: familiarity with OT protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and Ethernet/IP • Preferred: experience with ICS/SCADA vendor platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Honeywell • Preferred: experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth, high-complexity network environments • Preferred: strong experience with Linux operating systems
