📋 Description

• Analyze operational challenges to identify root causes across people, processes, and tools • Provide data-driven recommendations • Respond to executive requests with performance insights and escalation analysis • Create clear visualizations for executive stakeholders • Collaborate with Business Operations teams to build and refine actionable dashboards • Evaluate existing tools and technologies and recommend enhancements or replacements • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations • Translate complex findings into clear, audience-appropriate narratives • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an operational analysis, industrial engineering, or process improvement role • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation • Ability to distill complex information into executive-ready insights • Experience with Tableau, including report logic and metric definitions • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and PureCloud • Advanced skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides and data mining tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience building or maintaining operational KPIs and performance frameworks preferred • Experience in managed services or outsourced support environments preferred • Advanced data visualization techniques and dashboard design preferred
