📋 Description

• Assist with generating construction drawing plans and details, schematic and wiring diagrams, models, exhibits, and reports under direct supervision • Collaborate with experienced staff and internal stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies • Support project execution and company goals and business objectives • Work with other departments to improve overall execution and client experience • Explore innovative solutions, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve progress and efficiency • Participate in diverse engineering projects and services • Gain exposure to renewable energy projects, including solar and battery energy storage projects, and utility interconnections

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of CAD software for plans, sections, schematics, details, wiring, and BOM sheets • Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others in remote, hybrid, or office environments • Ability to follow project schedules and budgets • Basic understanding of project financials • Ability to interpret internal, client, and industry procedures and standards • Attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and with team members • Ability to learn advanced modeling software suites • Associate degree in any engineering discipline from an accredited institution preferred • No degree required with CAD experience • EIT preferred • Spanish fluency is a bonus • Experienced electrical substation designer
