📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute creative for digital, paid media, social media, web, and other online platforms • Develop original visual concepts with the Creative Director, Design Lead, and Video Lead while ensuring brand and strategic alignment • Create performance-focused designs supporting lead generation and acquisition • Develop adaptive and scalable content for campaigns and channels • Own projects from ideation through execution, proofing, revisions, and final delivery • Partner with project managers on timelines, workflows, and deliverables using Workfront, Wrike, or similar tools • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and team leads, presenting creative concepts and rationale • Apply and uphold brand identity guidelines • Evolve the brand through advanced motion assets and innovative technical applications • Collaborate with external agencies on creative ideation, file sharing, edits, and refinements • Partner with lead videographers to create video edits, cutdowns, and production-ready files • Create short- and long-form content using video editing and motion graphics skills • Translate audience segments and performance data into visual concepts for performance marketing • Stay current with design, social media, video, and motion graphics trends • Share AI tools and best practices to improve creative quality, efficiency, and speed to market

🎯 Requirements

• Accredited degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field; or five or more years of professional design experience supported by a strong portfolio • Professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics • Advanced proficiency in design, photography, and creative software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Express, and Lightroom • Intermediate proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design concepts, typography, short- and long-form video, and creative work across social media, paid media, digital, web, and performance marketing • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines • Team-oriented and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to contribute across graphic design, video, and motion graphics projects • Demonstrated understanding of AI in the creative process, including daily use of AI tools to explore concepts, generate iterations, and support final production • Experience with Google Flow, Gemini, Claude, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, CapCut Pro, or similar platforms • Willingness and ability to travel as needed • Must reside and perform work within the United States • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment screening requirements • Completion of employment eligibility verification through Form I-9
