📋 Description

• Turn Future Forward priorities, frameworks, and principles into usable assets, including communications, playbooks, templates, one-pagers, and how-to guides, leveraging AI • Develop enablement and training content for leaders, managers, and employees • Apply and adapt the lane’s methods, tools, and measurement; maintain current, consistent, on-brand assets • Curate practical AI and knowledge-led examples, prompts, patterns, and use cases for Glean and other tools • Package effective practices into repeatable, shareable formats • Coordinate materials, action tracking, and draft outputs across the team • Run the day-to-day Future Forward Ways of Working Change Champion community • Onboard, equip, and coordinate champions with resources, updates, and talking points • Capture champion questions, feedback, and success stories and feed them into program collateral • Recognize and amplify champion contributions • Support adoption, feedback, and improvement tracking, including building dashboards • Gather feedback and lightweight metrics across Mercury teams and surface insights • Maintain documentation, action logs, and decision records • Identify what to refine, scale, or retire based on evidence • Report to the Principal Work Design & Innovation Manager • Help Mercury improve speed, quality, and experiences while becoming a top-15 P&C carrier by 2030

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred • 3 to 5 years of experience in enablement, change and adoption support, program coordination, communications, or a related field • Consulting experience preferred, but not required • Experience with Glean or similar AI platforms a plus • Experience with the insurance industry preferred • AI-curious and tech-forward; hands-on user of AI and collaboration tools • Experience redesigning work using AI to amplify impact • Experience building toolkits, templates, training, and communications • Experience keeping a knowledge library organized and easy to find • Some experience supporting communities, networks, or change/champion programs, or a strong interest in doing so • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented • An in-person interview may be required during the hiring process
