📋 Description

• Provide strong leadership, overseeing team management, staffing, planning, training, and resource development to ensure the successful execution of projects. • Drive the delivery of substation projects ensuring they meet quality standards and client specific requirements. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, across multiple departments to ensure project execution to support company goals and business objectives. • Stay open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working. Explore innovative solutions and continuously seek improvements to drive progress and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs. • Professional Engineer License • 12+ years of experience in substation design and engineering. • Ability to Travel 25%+ and hold a Passport • Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish
