📋 Description

• receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls • listening attentively and collecting customer data • providing basic information about the services and support • taking accurate notes and detailed messages • helping schedule appointments for customers • processing orders and payments • ensuring all calls are documented and reported

🎯 Requirements

• A resident of AL, FL, GA, or TX • Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors • Ability to follow instructions • Must be able to multitask (talk, type, and follow scripting verbatim) • Strong customer service skills • Strong computer skills • Being bilingual is not required, but a plus
