• Drive new business origination and contribute directly to AUM growth within the insurance channel • Expand and deepen relationships with existing insurance clients, increasing wallet share and long-term partnerships • Identify and execute on cross-selling opportunities across products and strategies • Lead senior-level client engagement, including meetings with C-suite and investment decision-makers • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering market insights, portfolio perspectives, and tailored solutions • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accountability in meeting client needs • Partner with investment, product, and distribution teams to develop and position differentiated investment solutions • Translate client demand and market trends into actionable product and go-to-market strategies • Support commercialization of new strategies and product innovations • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for growth • Use market insights and data-driven analysis to inform business strategy and client engagement • Execute against defined commercial priorities, balancing near-term results with long-term strategic positioning • Collaborate across teams to align on client strategy, product positioning, and business priorities • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment to accelerate decision-making and execution
• Experience covering or working with insurance companies, with a strong understanding of insurer investment needs • Proven track record of business development, client relationship management, or product commercialization • Knowledge of private credit and alternative investments strongly preferred • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior audiences • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work across complex organizations • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (CFA, MBA, FSA) preferred
