📋 Description

• Manage execution of assigned clinical trials with imaging outsourced to Antaros Medical • Manage internal methodology studies, research studies, and collaborations • Ensure all deliverables are completed with high quality, on time, and in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations • Oversee the imaging component of clinical trial projects • Lead Antaros project activities and ensure trial tasks and deliverables are planned, executed, and delivered on time • Act as the primary contact with the Sponsor/CRO • Manage trial budgets by reviewing them throughout the trial lifecycle, escalating budget issues, and reconciling budgets at trial close • Motivate, lead, and inspire stakeholders within and outside Clinical Operations • Manage project risks and document lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in clinical drug development • Experience leading cross-functional projects in the late phase • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience • At least 2 years of experience in clinical trials • Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and related regulations for clinical trials • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to identify project-related issues, provide effective solutions, and determine escalation needs • Good technical, clinical, and quality knowledge • Good collaboration and coordination skills • Good analytical skills, including overseeing clinical strategies, creating financial forecasts, and measuring performance • Ability to analyze project risks and propose mitigation plans • Ability to plan, make decisions, and lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Good communication and presentation skills • Fluency in written and spoken English • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or public health is preferred • Mandarin language skills are beneficial but not mandatory • Experience in medical imaging such as MRI or PET is beneficial but not mandatory
