📋 Description

• Own cost realization tracking through a single ledger of transformation initiative commitments, delivered results, and risks, reconciled to actuals • Partner with FP&A and business finance partners to build baselines, business cases, and savings methodology • Participate throughout the full project lifecycle • Build relationships with initiative owners, understand stakeholder concerns, and identify problems before status reporting • Maintain the financial view of the portfolio, including cost, committed benefit, realized benefit, and confidence levels • Run the transformation operating rhythm, including agendas, materials, decisions, and momentum mechanics • Drive transformation evolution by identifying opportunities to rethink business processes • Build agents, automations, and internal applications directly • Refine dollar commitments and tracking during the first two weeks • Establish a defensible cost baseline and realization ledger within the first month • Deliver portfolio observations to the Chief of Staff • Establish predictable reviews and build at least one working tool • Provide realization numbers used by the CFO and in board materials • Identify future cost opportunities and help the company act on them

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of experience • Financial fluency, including building baselines and business cases and defending them to a CFO or controller • Ability to distinguish structural savings, timing benefits, and accounting artifacts • Ability to build trust with people who do not report to you • Experience working natively with modern artificial intelligence tools • Experience building agents, automations, analyses, and internal applications with artificial intelligence tools • Experience running complex cross-functional work without direct reporting authority • Comfort with the general ledger and presenting to executives • Clear, concise writing skills • Ability to follow through independently • Ability to remain steady when priorities shift and communicate plainly when something is not working • Fluency in written and spoken English • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment • Must not require visa sponsorship or immigration support
