📋 Description

• Analyze customer needs and identify Blackboard products and services aligned to those needs • Identify gaps in customer skills, processes, or infrastructure • Develop customer-specific implementation project plans and timelines • Develop and present meetings with prospects, including executive-level sponsors and senior leadership • Identify customer risks, implement mitigation plans, and communicate with senior leadership • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to create customer solutions • Identify unique requirements for large and strategic accounts and coordinate with Blackboard departments • Monitor, track, and report project status and performance • Conduct meetings with customer sponsors and stakeholders • Create and deliver implementation reports • Manage a portfolio of strategic, consortia, and complex customers • Deliver onsite and remote product and best-practices training • Deliver e-learning consulting services covering course development, course facilitation, faculty development, and implementation • Support Learning Technology Planning, product training, and Blackboard Academy professional development workshops • Lead the process delivering customer systems to production state • Approximately 50% travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (e.g. education, information technology, business) or equivalent experience • At least 5 years’ consulting experience, with experience consulting to educational institutions, or experience in management or administration within an educational institution • Proven experience successfully implementing software solutions in diverse client environments • Experience with e-learning course management technology, preferably Blackboard • Demonstrable knowledge of global higher education or public education markets • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously • Ability to work in a geographically distributed virtual team environment and build relationships with internal and external organizations • Dynamic, creative problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Fluent Spanish and English • Preferred: Master’s degree in related field • Preferred: Previous experience in the education industry and e-learning technologies • Preferred: Background in content/knowledge management and digital asset management • Preferred: Background in instructional design and/or online learning theory • Preferred: Ability to deliver services in Portuguese • Legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based; maintain authorization throughout employment • No visa sponsorship or immigration support provided
