📋 Description

• Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions, ensuring alignment with client benefit plan structures and compliance requirements • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions that align with best practices • Support and troubleshoot integrations with payroll, insurance carriers, and COBRA administrators • Assist with benefits testing cycles, including open enrollment and life event processing • Provide guidance on compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other benefits regulations • Work closely with other functional areas to ensure seamless end-to-end benefits administration • Assist in creating documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams • Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits • Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Benefits solutions • Understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), plan structures, eligibility rules, and data exchange requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration and testing • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project team environment • Workday HCM – Benefits certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
