📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls for clients' businesses from home • Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients • Handle standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls • Complete training on each call type • Work at a steady, fast pace with back-to-back calls • Meet performance measures for quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work time • Choose weekly shifts according to performance tier • Complete 2 weeks of paid training followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development with live calls and ongoing support • Maintain full availability during training and Learning & Development

🎯 Requirements

• Position only available to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona • Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish • Strong computer skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Warm, upbeat tone and genuine interest in helping people • Ability to listen well and remain calm and efficient under pressure • Dependability and punctuality for every scheduled shift • Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools • Computer and internet connection must meet system and internet requirements before starting • Must pass a background check after receiving a conditional offer • Must be physically located and working in an eligible state for the duration of employment • Must be available for a full-time 40-hour work schedule • Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays, including at least 8 hours on Friday and Saturday during the first 8–12 weeks after training • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
