📋 Description
• Provide high-quality virtual oncology care for patients across assigned clinics • Conduct virtual infusion coverage, urgent care visits, and follow-up appointments • Develop treatment plans, manage oncology-related symptoms, and coordinate care • Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and survivorship care • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team • Participate in APP-led quality improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies • Minimum of two (2) years of oncology clinical experience • Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas • Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care technology • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
