πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Work with the National Sales Channel Manager to understand initiatives and develop a plan of action that supports the goals of the territory β€’ Develop a strong understanding of Water-Right, Master Water Conditioning and AO Pro products and applications β€’ Call on users and prospective users of water treatment products to influence the purchases of A. O. Smith Water Treatment’s equipment and services β€’ Support existing customers and attract new prospects with on-site technical and resource trainings β€’ Attend and support industry and customer events in your assigned region β€’ Meet sales and expense objectives outlined in the annual budget β€’ Assist with properly applying and trouble-shooting water treatment solutions and provide in-field support when needed β€’ Take part in monthly reviews and planning sessions to gauge progress, overcome challenges and review opportunities β€’ Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer issues in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3 years of residential water treatment related experience desired β€’ WQA Certification is a plus β€’ Travel 75% of the time β€’ Prior work experience for a water-related or water-adjacent business or industry is a plus β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom β€’ Technical aptitude and strong business acumen β€’ Comfortable and willing to speak on camera (Zoom, Teams) and to live groups β€’ Valid driver’s license and own a vehicle capable of supporting travel efforts throughout territory β€’ Ability to plan, meet timelines, handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively β€’ Goal oriented with proven success in exceeding targets β€’ Proven ability to manage time and workload from a remote/home based office
