📋 Description

• Develop strategic product vision while executing hands-on discovery and delivery • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis • Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams • Conduct customer interviews and engage deeply with multifamily operators • Analyze product metrics and define product performance indicators • Define requirements and manage the product backlog • Prioritize features and make data-driven resource allocation decisions • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities • Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes • Validate ideas and ensure products solve real customer problems

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup • Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with measurable business impact • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders • Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis • Analytical and data-driven approach to identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment • Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Must be able to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
