📋 Description

• Lead three technical teams focused on computer vision, forecasting, and data platforms • Ensure machine learning systems move reliably from research to production and deliver measurable real-world impact • Direct daily department operations, analyze workflows, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines • Manage, mentor, hire, and grow engineers and data engineers • Manage machine learning architecture, model deployment, and data platform design and execution • Drive best practices for model lifecycle management, data pipelines, and system reliability • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, and Research stakeholders • Define machine learning and data platform goals and roadmaps • Lead distinct but interdependent problem spaces

🎯 Requirements

• Lead three highly technical teams spanning Machine Learning Engineering for computer vision and forecasting and the Data Platform team • Experience managing machine learning system architecture, model deployment, and data platform design and execution • Knowledge of machine learning model lifecycle management, data pipelines, and system reliability • Ability to ensure machine learning solutions are production-grade, scalable, observable, cost effective, and maintainable • Ability to translate business and clinical needs into technical priorities • Ability to define machine learning and data platform goals and roadmaps • Ability to manage, mentor, hire, and grow engineers and data engineers across three teams
