• Provide information and assistance about career development, career search and careers • Interview new students to obtain employment history, education and assist to establish career goals • Identify barriers to employment • Maintain ongoing communications with students and graduates • Assist students with job readiness skills and with job search strategies • Maintain student records through campus database (Salesforce) • Develop and maintain relationships with employers through frequent communication and networking • Solicit and follow up on job orders from employers • Counsel and advise students and graduates regarding professional development and career success strategies • Provide graduates with job leads and track information in campus database • Oversee job postings, registrations and applications on job placement website • Follow up bi-weekly with non-placed graduates and assist where needed • Maintain database of employer contacts and placement status of students • Keep student portal/share point sites updated with announcements, links and other employment-related documents • Comply and report placement statistics as required by state, accrediting, and federal agencies • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience. • Salesforce experience a plus • IT Industry experience a plus • Experience in recruiting, career services and/or sales environment • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
