📋 Description
• Drive revenue growth by increasing subscription sales and renewals of maintenance agreements • Manage the contract renewal cycle, including renewal quotes • Engage with customers, addressing questions or objections • Securing timely renewals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experiences
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 3 – 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment • Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving customer retention • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams or Asana • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-enabled sales tools for insights and decision-making • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
