πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies. β€’ Review invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper approvals. β€’ Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and check disbursements. β€’ Maintain vendor records and assist with onboarding new vendors, including required tax documentation. β€’ Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve invoice discrepancies. β€’ Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payment of financial obligations. β€’ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. β€’ Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned. β€’ Support internal and external audits by providing requested financial documentation. β€’ Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. β€’ Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Treasury, and other internal departments to resolve payment and invoice issues. β€’ Analyze financial data to identify trends, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities. β€’ Participate in financial reporting projects and process improvement initiatives. β€’ Protect confidential financial and business information. β€’ Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable, accounting, finance, or financial operations experience. β€’ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. β€’ Experience using ERP or enterprise accounting systems. β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. β€’ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. β€’ High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. β€’ Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Authorization to work in the United States.
