📋 Description

• Manage the scientific team delivering a full range of strategic publication work • Lead and manage accounts to ensure high-quality, accurate medical/scientific content • Expand management responsibilities as the team grows • Develop and grow publication work with scientific, client services, and managing director partners • Identify and develop strategic and tactical business recommendations • Develop, lead, and facilitate key strategy workshops • Articulate scientific and therapeutic information in oncology • Foster innovation and collaboration across ApotheCom • Provide strategic account oversight and support business development • Mentor and manage staff

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with 10+ years of relevant medical communications experience • In-depth understanding of publication oncology work • Track record of successful scientific leadership across several clients/therapeutic categories • US launch experience required; global experience is a plus • Some travel required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing staff/direct reports, potentially across multiple locations • Candidates must be based in the United States; East Coast preferred
