📋 Description

• Own strategic product decisions for the current product line and its alignment with Appspace’s broader product strategy • Engage engineering on platform architecture and core frameworks to shape product decisions • Apply the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) from discovery through delivery • Ensure adoption and correct application of platform frameworks across the product line • Lead platform-level initiatives and cross-product features • Own roadmap execution, prioritization, escalation management, and delivery quality • Drive ARR growth through customer acquisition, expansion, and retention • Translate customer escalations and support signals into prioritized product decisions • Run structured customer discovery • Partner with product and engineering leadership on platform architecture and AI strategy • Represent the product line in cross-functional execution with GTM, Customer Success, and Engineering across global teams • Build context on new product lines and apply technical and strategic judgment across the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS • Track record of owning delivery on complex, technically involved product lines • Experience delivering digital signage products • Experience developing and managing partner integrations • Technical depth engaging with platform architecture and core frameworks at the level of engineering • Demonstrated experience working within an AI development framework • Track record of managing roadmaps under pressure, handling escalations, and shipping outcomes that moved business metrics • Ability to assess product-line structure, needed fixes or refactoring, and connection to broader product strategy • Ability to connect product decisions to new-logo acquisition, expansion, and retention • Customer discovery and support-data analysis experience • Experience with products where underlying architecture shaped product decisions • Clear communication with customers, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders
